There are different coaching processes. I believe the coaching process should have these three underlying objectives:

2) To increase personal responsibility, and
3) To increase personal accountability.

All three of these bring greater empowerment and resourcefulness to the individual, creating lasting change by adopting a learning approach that operates from the inside out, as opposed to the outside in.
